Doula Care

What is a Doula?

A doula is a trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to clients before, during, and shortly after childbirth. My role is to help you achieve the healthiest and most satisfying experience possible. Whether you’re planning a vaginal birth at home or in a hospital, or need support during a C-section, I’m here for you. As a certified lactation educator, I also offer postpartum support to help you and your baby thrive. Remember, I’m here to enhance your experience, not to replace your partner or healthcare provider.
